Due to the fine processing and the addition of organic raw cane sugar and cocoa butter, the vegan 77% cacao from the Bolivian rainforest is something for real chocolate connoisseurs. With its flowery note and a very fine consistency, the raw cacao couverture is suitable both for raw consumption and for further processing into ceremonial cacao and baked goods. This wild cacao is characterized by relatively strong flowery-earthy and at the same time chocolaty nuances.

A unique, original cacao variety grows in the Beni region of Bolivia- the "Cacao Beniano". This cacao variety is allowed to grow wild and is harvested by the locals in a traditional way in the intact and natural rainforest where the cacao is also fermented. Wild collection protects the rainforest from deforestation and land grabbing, as the high quality of the cacao ensures a steadily increasing income for the local population. In this way, not only can nature be protected, but awareness of the importance of the rainforest in its original form can also be promoted.
